Autonomous Rail Rapid Transit; a Vehicle Designed To Reduce Traffic Congestion in the Highly Populated Cities
Autonomous rail rapid transit is a LiDAR guided articulated bus system for urban passenger transport. LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) is a remote sensing method that uses light in the form of a pulsed laser to measure ranges (variable distances) to the Earth. Autonomous rail rapid transit is a high-speed, automated public mass transit system for commercial/commuter transport. It uses electronic scanned data collected at regular stops of the train to calculate the speed of the vehicle and the acceleration. The gathered data is then sent to a control unit that manages the brake line, speed control system, and other operational functions of the train.
Autonomous rail rapid transit is an eco-friendly, driver-less, and rail-less vehicle designed to reduce traffic congestion in the highly populated cities. More than 16 countries have driverless train technologies. For example, in 2020, German Centre for Rail Traffic Research launched two new Automatic Train Operation (ATO) projects in Germany. These projects are funded with 1.7 million euros and are scheduled to run for 30 months until May 2023. Moreover, the Mexico City Metro is a rapid transit system that serves the metropolitan area of Mexico City, including some municipalities in Mexico State.
The concept behind the development of autonomous rail rapid transit is to create a completely new public transport service, completely controlled by the users themselves. It integrates the trackless trams with modern computer technologies to allow passengers to conveniently travel within the designated routes. At present, this technology has been deployed in many cities around the world, and it is estimated that this concept will be adopted worldwide, replacing the existing set of transportation services, and become the obvious choice for travelers/commuters. The system that is used for quickly bringing people to and from places on trains, buses, etc.
In this system, trains are capable of operating automatically at all times, including door closing, obstacle detection, and emergency situations. Autonomous rail rapid transit systems are electric railways that operate on an exclusive right-of-way. These systems are integrated with other public transport and often operated by same public transport authorities. It is a type of high-capacity public transport, generally found in urban areas. Rapid transit opens a new possibility of autonomous driving and will enable the use of the automated transit.

An Automotive Collision Avoidance System is used to avoid crashes by identifying inputs through cameras and sensors present in its control units
An automotive collision avoidance system can assist the driver in avoiding potential collisions. This system uses the same optical flow sensing technology used in automatic seatbelts and other vehicle safety devices. This technology helps the vehicle to remain balanced when it senses any potential hazard in front of it. This automotive collision avoidance system offers front airbags, which are standard on S Class and E-Class models, and side airbags, which are available on all models.
This will be followed by the introduction of the Global Positioning System or GPS in the vehicle global navigation system. The GPS features have the ability to forecast the user's position using a triangulation algorithm based on real-time satellite data. By utilizing the auto pilot feature, the vehicle's computer system will steer the vehicle into the safest possible maneuver, regardless of traffic conditions. This is expected to revolutionize the auto collision market around the world. As a result, if a driver is not able to keep good speed, most accidents happen due to the "unpredictability" factor. Collisions could be caused by a vehicle swerving in front of the driver, a vehicle coming from behind, and/or a vehicle speeding out of control. If the driver of the other vehicle cannot avoid colliding with the vehicle in front, an "imminent crash" could occur. For instance, in September 2020, the electric vehicle making giant in the U.S., Tesla, Inc., unveiled a new driving software for its upcoming self-driving vehicle which includes an anti-collision system designed for highway travel.
The introduction of this emergency braking system has been made compulsory in many countries across the globe to ensure the safe and reliable transportation of vehicles. Many vehicles use emergency braking systems, which are controlled by the driver through a remote control. This is particularly important for heavy vehicles that may cause damage to a person should they become trapped. In addition, the emergency braking system will assist the driver when travelling at high speeds and in no-uneven areas, where there is increased risk of accident or collision.

Automotive Ignition Coil is used in modern engines to ignite the spark plug by generating high power from the working fuel
An automotive ignition coil is an electrical induction coil present in a vehicle’s main ignition system, utilized to convert the weak low voltage of the battery to high voltage required for the ignition of the vehicle. Automotive ignition coils play a crucial part in the smooth and efficient operation of the vehicle's engine. For instance, in September 2021, a major car maker in Germany, Mercedes-Benz, unveiled its newest S 680 Guard 4MATIC model which includes 12 ignition coils.
Automotive Ignition Coils is available in two forms, namely, a single conductive path and a multi-conductor. The single conductive path automotive ignition coil uses only one wire to produce a high voltage. On the other hand, the multi-conductor ignition coil uses two wires to generate a better voltage.
Today, there are many companies in the market offering high quality automotive ignition coils. The design of the ignition coil determines its suitability in providing high voltage to the vehicle. There are a few important factors that one must consider while choosing a high voltage automotive igniter.
There are many parts in an automotive ignition coil that need to work in unison to provide the necessary voltage to an electrical circuit. There are two types of parts in an ignition coil, namely primary and secondary coils. The primary coil is placed on the upper side of the engine ash chamber and the other one lies on the bottom side. The primary coil is the main connector for all voltage requirements while the secondary coil is used for testing and regulating the voltage. The automotive ignition coil also includes many turns of insulated conductors that allow power to pass through it easily from the battery to the primary coil.
The electric spark plug comprises the main components of the automotive ignition coil. There are various types of electric spark plugs available, and they vary in the amount of current delivered to the vehicle. While high performance units deliver high current, the medium duty units are used for normal vehicles and low voltage units are used for fleet vehicles.
